We’ve been proudly serving customers since 1992, with over 30 years of experience in the air-conditioning industry.

INSTALLATION

Q: What brands do we install?


We install all major aircon brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic, LG, and more.
 

Q: Do you offer free site surveys?
Our site surveys are chargeable, as they involve on-site assessment by our experienced team to ensure proper system planning and installation. However, the fee will be offset against your final installation cost if you proceed with us.
 

Q: How soon can installation be scheduled after confirmation?

Installation is typically scheduled within 3–5 working days after confirmation, subject to availability.

SERVICING & MAINTENANCE

Q: What does your normal aircon servicing include?

Our standard servicing includes cleaning of filters and covers, vacuuming of drainage pipes, checking gas pressure, and inspecting components for proper performance.
 

Q: How often should I service my aircon?

For residential use, servicing is recommended every 3–4 months. Heavier usage or commercial setups may require more frequent maintenance.
 

Q: What is a chemical overhaul and when is it necessary?

A chemical overhaul is a deep cleaning process where the fan coil unit is dismantled and thoroughly cleaned to remove hardened dirt, mold, and internal blockages. It is recommended for aircons that are not cooling effectively or have not been deep cleaned in over a year.

TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIRS


Q: My aircon isn’t cold—what could be the problem?

Common issues include dirty filters, low refrigerant, or thermostat setting errors. If the issue persists, a technician should be called to diagnose the problem professionally.
 

Q: Are your technicians experienced with specific brands like Daikin or Mitsubishi?
Yes. Our team is highly experienced with all major brands, including Daikin iSmile, Mitsubishi Electric Starmex FP Series, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries SR Rocket Series.
 

Q: Do you charge for inspection or diagnosis?

 Yes. A diagnosis/inspection fee applies for ad-hoc calls. However, servicing contract customers enjoy free checks between scheduled servicing—normally chargeable at $50.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Q: How do I book a service?

You can reach us via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website contact form. Our team will get back to confirm your appointment details.
 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayNow, bank transfers and cash for all services.

WARRANTIES & POLICIES


Q: What warranty do you offer for new installations?

We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty for all installations. Product warranties are as per manufacturer terms, typically 1 year agent warranty & 5 years compressor warranty
 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a transport fee may be charged. Please inform us early if rescheduling is needed.
 

Q: Do you offer servicing packages?

Yes. We offer servicing contracts for regular maintenance. Contract customers enjoy discounted rates and priority response for urgent issues.

Q: Do you run groupbuy or estate promotions?

Yes, we regularly organize groupbuys for new BTOs and condominiums. Contact us or check our social media to find out if your estate qualifies.
